This is a long process, this is a rising damp. peel off the surface, then apply Caplux DAMPSHIELD from Dulux paints, leave for a day which after you can screeding and then apply your top coat later. Dampshield conceals the damp between the block and can last up to 5years.

Not technically correct. If the water effect is as a result of foundation default, then your jargons will not work and if the effect is from a broken sanitary fitting, it will still not work.

All this one na long process, just scrape the wall and use Watershield cement by HBM Nigeria Plc formerly Lafarge to replaster the wall shikenah!

We all know the root cause of this and this will not even solve the problem.

Do u have a supplier in Kano?

Can help you get this if you’re interested.

@innieka talk to this handle their solution is permanent

This will only work for short term.. the long term solution is using dpc/dpm while doing your foundation..

Testimony clip from the client should follow this clip showing application of these chemicals.

If it is caused by ground water, this is just making your walls look good but below your chemical you know the water is still rising.

But what will this actually do ? I mean the peeling wall is a result of underground water seeping into the walls, leaking pipes etc So how exactly will these chemicals help?

I approve of the both chemicals Had worked with both chemicals before now

What if it is a water a leaking pipe

This would still not work…this is a sign that dpm does not work anymore or was not applied initially…to solve this, the moisture rising needs to be stopped at the base of the wall and injected with soluble admixture that will serves as the new dpm, then this process can proceed

This is not a solution Oga

Ah! You only need to Apply Dr Smart paint Waterstop. Sold in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of Nigeria by delivery from me.

This is technically not an effective method 😭😭

This is a good temporary solution. It’s like applying makeup to hide the real problem. The real problem has not been solved . Capillarity is still Existent .

This is a short term solution. It's like putting a plaster on an internal bleeding

So how do i get it

Are you the dude in this video?

@sag_gurin

What is the original cause of the dampness?

Sounds like you’ve got a leak behind the plaster, you’ll probably need to get a damp specialist to check it out before repainting.

Just save small, add and build new house All these ones don chop full house money
