Without counting illegal aliens in the census and using race-based redistricting, Democrats would have significantly less seats in Congress. After the 2030 census, where blue states are set to lose at least 12 electoral votes, it may become impossible for Democrats to win a House majority. That's why they're freaking out over the Supreme Court correctly interpreting the law.

The Census Bureau used a secretive algorithm that only a handful of bureaucrats have access to called differential privacy to scramble block-level data, hide citizenship status, and shift political power to non-citizens. What was the result? Stolen representation, inaccurate districting, and misallocated funding. This is a CLEAR constitutional violation. Scrambling citizenship data undermines the purpose of the Census: to count people accurately so representation is based on citizens, not inflated counts for political gain.
