The moment he lifts the frame and connects the first tube is very dangerous. If the frame would swing sideways he is too far to grab anything and would fall. Or he might be able to rebalance by throwing the frame away which will certainly not be appreciated by people below.

Not impressed. No harness, no handrails, didn't have the scaffold tied off in case it fell. If he doesn't come to an abrupt end from this foolishness, maybe a hefty fine from OSHA will get his employers attention.

I have built scaffolding at 100'. It was sketchy the first few days and then it just seemed normal.

He's lost all the fear for heights.When I first started doing highways as a driver, the task of overtaking would bring me a lot of fear. Now not anymore. But then I realized that with fear gone because of driving many years, I trying many manoeuvres, some of which are very risky.

I built scaffold and that's definitely not how you do it. You put the cross members on the lower first before stacking the next section.
