Owner operator of the FBO at Driggs, ID (KDIJ) owns an operational FJ-3 in pristine shape.

I would have sworn that was an F-86 Saber, it's not, but I would have sworn it was if I hadn't just double checked.

Aha, Grok answers what’s an F-86 is doing on a carrier? ‘The FJ-3 Fury, an evolution of the F-86 Sabre, was adapted for carrier use with only 538 units built, and its Sidewinder integration in 1956 marked a rare success for a jet initially criticized for underperformance, challenging the narrative of its obsolescence.’

I’m just here for the Fury content ;). Thanks for getting these shots from the archives
