The NCAA is bracing for “blind transfers,” where a player transfers without ever entering the portal. 🤯 👉 With the spring portal window gone, the NCAA expects more of these moves and is discussing major penalties for schools that take them, including a 6-game head coach suspension, fines tied to the football budget, and loss of roster spots. But how can these penalties be enforced when the current contracts do not employ players to be athletes? They are just NIL deals… 🤷‍♂️ Thats’s why at Athletes.org we’re building the first players association for college athletes, because the only way to fix this is to give the athletes the seat at the table that they deserve. 🤝

🐈‍⬛: first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini album is going to be out really soon… as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛: and after that i think we will just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the us and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛: the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be AMAZING

Yes, it's to develop big leaguers, and yes, it's all the things that we all talk about in recruiting, but more than anything, it's to prepare these kids to be successful for whatever comes next. And man, as good as the talent is in this league, as good as the talent is on this team, not all of them are going to be career big leaguers, you know. And I think what makes Tyler Fay’s journey so awesome, is in a world that is inundated with particularly moms and dads that want your kid to cut and run when when they're not starting every day or they're not playing every day. In an era when you can do everything, the question is which of these things matter. On the engineer side, it is evaluating the code. Which of this code is even valuable? You can have AI engineers writing beautiful code that could be wrong, that could have bugs in it, that could be vulnerable. Someone needs to review it. Make sure to have a human review at some point, especially critical code that is in the core of your system. On the product side is judgment around what needs to be built and evaluating. And similarly in design, you have to have judgment around, does it make sense in the broader design system. I think this judgment is the number one thing that humans are going to bring in an era of infinite productivity."

Was this a hit job to clear the path for a preferred candidate in California? “Back in December, when it was first rumored that Swalwell was going to run for governor, I started making some calls to various folks to be like, ‘Hey, what do we think of this guy? Is he going to be a good candidate?’ I spoke to several people who independently told me that there's knowledge about this guy sending pics to employees, and that this guy has a bunch of stuff that's going to come out about him. And I largely kind of dismissed it, because I was like, if this is true, this would've all come out already. If multiple people are telling me about this, then I've got to assume that it's a rumor that's being used to block him from running for governor. And then everything that I had been told started to come out in the last week. So the striking aspect of all of this for me was how much knowledge there was about these various incidents with the guy, how so many people had this knowledge, and how no one had actually brought the knowledge to bear. Which begs the question, why did they not do what was right by the victims? Or, why did the victims sit on the sidelines waiting for the right moment to all come out together? These were all being held back purposefully and deliberately for a very particular moment in time when they were all brought forward to be used. And that's what was so striking to me is just how coordinated all of this was. My sense of it is that there are certain insiders, and he's not an insider. Katie Porter, I think, is who the Democratic establishment wants to be governor. She's an insider to national Democrats, she's an insider to California Democrats, and I think that she's the preferred candidate.”
