Will there be an option to have no human ears as well as a flat chest?

Yes, you can completely remove the ears. As for the completely flat chest, I’m still working on it.

Is it possible to have heterochromatic eyes with this?

Do you mean two colors in one eye? Or two different colored eyes? If it’s the second, yes. To achieve the first option you can edit the texture yourself.
