Commentary YouTuber, Quintheo, discovers that all of the mods on Pirate Software's mod team have quit, including Kronos (the mod that Pirate would use as an intimidation tactic) It's speculated that Pirate was dramatic towards his mods, specifically Kronos and viewers, and the mods did not like the way Pirate was treating them, so the mods quit. It's also stated that because Pirate wasn't respecting their "days off" as a mod. Pirate was also paying them and treating the mod role as an actual job itself, and supposedly ended up not paying the mods. Quintheo states that it appears the mod team preferred Kronos over Pirate.

The success of the recently released co-op mod for Resident Evil 4 Remake appears to have sparked a new wave of multiplayer projects across the Resident Evil modding community. 🛠️ Modder HeySnippy is now developing a fully playable co-op mod for Resident Evil 3 Remake, allowing two players to experience Jill Valentine’s campaign together. According to the project’s current goals, the mod aims to support synchronized gameplay, shared progression, enemy synchronization, cutscenes, and campaign-wide co-op from start to finish. 😳 The project is being built on a custom networking framework called Snippyet, featuring account authentication via email, Discord, and Steam, along with a friends list, session management, and the ability to join games using room codes or direct friend invitations. Another planned feature will allow players to drop items on the ground instead of discarding them, making it possible to share ammunition, healing items, and other resources with their co-op partner. 🎯 According to the developer, the most technically challenging milestones have already been completed, with development now focused on polishing gameplay systems and expanding features to deliver a seamless co-op experience. I'm taking interactivity with the game to a whole new level baby! 🚀 Experience The sims 4 in ways you've never experienced before. And this is just scratching the surface of what could be done with this. This feature will be available in the Nights Of Terror mod on release, but I will also be implementing it to my other mods such as the Extreme Violence & Zombie Apocalypse mod. Some of the other possibilities: 🪁 •Shooting hoards of zombies using your mouse. •Murdering sims using your mouse. •Defending your sim from a killer by helping them break free from their attack using your mouse.
