Some more Virginia analysis - Pretty incredible that the “No” side won major cities (+1.7), other cities and suburbs (+3) and rural areas (+39) but the “yes” advantage in Northern Virginia suburbs (+37) was enough to eke out the narrow win.

The hits keep coming for rural Virginia. - The 10-1 gerrymandered congressional district map - Gov. Abigail Spanberger enacted a law to stop counties from having blanket bans on large scale solar fields that destroy trees, wildlife and rural landscape. Two-thirds of the state’s counties had banned or heavily limited solar fields (Source: Canary Media). - Dominion Energy / Valley Link are trying to build massive transmission lines through rural areas, farmland and homeowner’s backyards to provide energy to urban areas and data centers in Northern Virginia. I voted NO on unfair maps that disenfranchise rural voters. This transparent power grab gives Democrats a 10-1 congressional advantage in Virginia and doesn't reflect the makeup of our Commonwealth. I am encouraging everyone to join me and vote NO by April 21st. We must keep Virginia fair and free!

WATCH: Even CNN is admitting how insane the Virginia gerrymander is.... "And just take a look at how this map is structured. What they do is they've taken the heavily Democratic areas in the northern area of Virginia, and they've created five separate districts that basically pinwheel out to ho out into conservative, more rural areas, including where we are right now in the proposed seventh congressional district. It's actually interesting. We're kind of like smack dab in the middle of the district. And if you go in one direction, there's another district about a mile and a half away in the other direction. There's another district about two miles away, really highlighting the shifts that are being seen right now with these proposed maps."
