That’s not how you eat brisket. Also, Buccees is a good brisket sandwich that is road food. It is not nearly as good as a real chopped beef or brisket sandwich at any bbq place(including, gasp, Dickey’s).

First time I ever heard brisket was greasy.. apparently they don’t know we don’t fry brisket and grease.

That’s not even good brisket. It’s more Kansas style than Texas style. You want good brisket don’t get it at a gas station. Texas BBq is Mesquite and a peppered bbq sauce.

Wait until they have proper southern BBQ.. their heads will spin

Bucky’s Brisket sammy not bad, I’d take it over most fast food. Not gonna go out of my way for it.

What were they expecting - pickled fish? By the way, REAL Texas BBQ isn’t drenched in sauce. Go on down the road to Lockhart,TX (BBQ Capital of Texas) to taste how it’s really supposed to be done.

Yes, I agree with her. Sometimes establishments put too much bbq sauce on and makes it too sweet. Prefer to order plain and put it on myself 🤷‍♀️

When all you do is eat fish all day and you have a chance to eat real food take your time it only gets better.the more you eat.

Buc-ees is amazing, that being said the brisket sucks, I've gotten it at three different locations hoping, but it always sucks. I figured it out the last time, they take all the fat out of it, way too lean/dry When I go to The Pit Room or Pinkertons I always ask for the fatty end
