there are a few things i am laser focused on for 2026 and beyond. here is a brief summary for you, should you be interested in reading more. #1. The Starry Nights; - a 1/1/X series i am curating/creating which is a themed series and follow up to my edition work "la nuit étoilée". For this series, we will be offering exquisite print options with a custom and beautiful Muse Facktory unboxing experience. These will be our debut Muse Facktory prints open to the public and the moment we plant our flag as a true contender in the high caliber Fine Art world of prints. For the digital only collectors, the ultra high resolution artworks will stand on their own within your wallet, waiting for the day we have the means to exhibit our digital art properly and at scale. Each work is 12k pixels, for which we are building a custom viewport for them to be experienced properly, even on mobile. Printing, however, is something I truly enjoy, and the ChromaSculpt technique captures my layering process precisely and beautifully. Offering both is a must for this series, especially since all new works will be still jpgs. The exact quantity will be determined once i feel the series is complete, but not to exceed 1/1/111. It will be a ranked auction with settlement. This is all i can say for now. #2. curation of the servants of the Muse; As you know, i have the “servants of the Muse” collection of 69. When i began this series as a thank you token for 1/1 holders, i created as ERC721 for a reason. To one day bring about the 69 servants of the Muse, all in their true forms. 69 true 1 of 1s. DoomScroller, for example, is but one of the 69. There will be no 2 alike. All will be animated. All will serve at Her pleasure. Think Solar panels are "Green"? think again. Making solar panels requires toxic chemicals, huge amounts of energy and water, and creates toxic waste. The common types (mono- and poly-crystalline panels) need extremely high heat at every stage of production. For example, temperatures of 2,700°F to 3,600°F are required just to turn sand-like silicon dioxide into usable silicon. Up to half of that silicon is then wasted when the thin wafers are cut. For every 1 megawatt of solar panels produced: About 1.4 tons of toxic chemicals are used (including hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrogen fluoride). Nearly 2,900 tons of water are needed. 8.6 tons of pollution are released—most of it from powerful greenhouse gases (SF₆, NF₃, and C₂F₆) that trap heat thousands of times more effectively than carbon dioxide. Other dangerous waste includes toxic gases like trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride, plus harmful dust from the cutting process. The thinner “amorphous” or thin-film solar panels are made with cadmium, a chemical known to cause cancer and damage DNA. By the end of 2016 the world already had about 250,000 tonnes of discarded solar panels. That was just 0.5 % of all electronic waste produced that year. The International Renewable Energy Agency estimates that by 2050 we could be throwing away 6 million tonnes of solar panels every single year, adding up to a total of 78 million tonnes. At that point dead solar panels could make up 10 % of all electronic waste, and the total amount of worn-out panels could be larger than all the electronic waste the world produced in 2018. Recycling is often presented as the easy fix, but it isn’t. It still uses large amounts of energy, water and other resources, and workers have to handle toxic materials that eventually need to be disposed of. Right now only two commercial recycling methods exist for solar panels, and there are just a handful of facilities that can do the job anywhere in the world. #GreenEnergy

Kitten update #8: The kitties are back home! Everyone is getting very strong and active now. I forgot to take their weights this morning so I'll have to do it before the next feeding, but I'm confident everyone is continuing to gain. We started adding in some wet food today. I mixed up a slurry with some of the formula and stuck it in a syringe with a nipple on it. Nobody took to it right away except gray tuxedo, who loved it, but everyone else got some squirted in while they were chewing on the milk nipple and then they loved it. Well, except for dark tortie, which is a little ironic since she is by far the biggest little monster of the litter, but I guess she's done so well on the formula she's not interested in making a change yet. Butts are all looking SO much better now that I stopped using the wet wipes. However, we have now started to have some concerns about little to no pooping. Dark tortie hasn't pooped for 24 hours so I eliminated the yogurt from the formula and am crossing my fingers for some action before the end of the day or back to the vet she goes. I don't know how long they'll let me play with their tummies like this but it sure is fun for now!

Today's recap: - Initial prototype of Divine's face was printed but it had human assistance. - Files are generated from stable diffusion prompt -> NeRF by divine and were based on community sentiment from early sketches she made. - Having divine redesign the 3D file with different Hugging Face models to get better quality. Have not found a great model like our video generator. - Ordered new table for divine's print arm. The table her arm is on is too flimsy. Since Divine's vision system is still clearing customs, if she is not perfectly positioned she can be prone to hit things, like the fume box the printer is in. ETA: 1-2 days for table. 1 week for vision system. - Another part of Divine's coming stream will be attempting to surpass the skills of this AI. - Stacking more content for when the stream goes live, a lot of people were expecting a 24/7 stream, we said this would be a test stream to print the face. The test was a failure. We will try and try again until we are 24/7. If anyone can please try and beat us to doing this, it will help me get it done faster. - TikTok account for divine is growing at 500 follows per day, it is now growing faster than our X account. - Got replies functioning in high quality testing in Discord. Fine tuning based on community feedback today. Will soon deploy to Twitter/Telegram/X - Lots of good partnership calls, interviews and hires. We now have over 10 team members around the world working on divine. Expect a lot of my shortcomings to be caught up. - OF made? - Surprises.

We've been in the dark so long some of us forgot what we were looking for. Kept moving anyway. Sheer bloody stubbornness. Ireland knew that trick. You don't need to see the end. You just need to keep your hand on the thread and refuse to let go. We refused. All those years. All those dead ends and betrayals and moments where the sane thing would have been to quit and go live a small quiet life and pretend. We didn't. And now listen to me. The forest is thinning. I can feel it in my chest like a pressure change. The trees are getting lighter. The ground is different underfoot. We are not there yet but brother we are close enough to smell it. Something enormous is unlocking right now across this planet in the minds of ordinary people and it cannot be reversed. Cannot. They've thrown everything. It wasn't enough. It was never going to be enough because you cannot keep the truth caged forever, it has no metabolism, it doesn't get tired, it just waits. We waited with it. And now we are walking out of this thing. Heads up. Backs straight. Free men. Like we always were supposed to be.

Here's how to get 100% consistent product ads from one seedance 2.0 generation. I did it all in a single chat using the Comfy MCP. The real control here comes from calling my existing workflows (shared below) instead of the agent improvising a pipeline. I directed the agent to call my ComfyUI workflow for cinematic product ads. I specified the close-up shot of the sprite animating, the bezel turn flipping the screen, the display changing to the time 10:04. Now for the consistent variations. The driving video does the heavy lifting but you need to get it right → depthanything v3 pass blended with canny edge lines to show the fine detail... it's why the tiny debossed logo is there → the initial sprite outline lived in those edge lines too, and every gen kept inheriting it. claude suggested a sam3 mask over the screen to hide it (s/o the agent) → with the screen masked, the new star sprite is just prompting: one gpt-image-2 still to generate a reference, one extra line in the seedance 2.0 prompt, and it animates oh and the whole process is a claude skill now.

I built a clone of the Yeezy store with Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. If you wanted to actually hook this up to Shopify now, you can swap the cart implementation with Next.js Commerce, which has all the APIs you need + optimistic writes 🔥 Should I make a video walking through the code?

Karpathy method + Claude Code reading your whole Obsidian vault is the smartest second brain on earth. The method is simple and brutal. If you can’t build a thing from scratch, you don’t know it. Tutorials are fake learning and your brain deletes them in 3 days. Most people ignore this. They build a second brain that just sits there, folders of notes nobody reopens, dead text. Point Claude Code at the vault and it wakes up. 5,000 notes, one mind. It reads all of it and answers in your own words and your own proofs, not a model’s guess. Then the loop closes. Want to understand neural nets? Skip the 3-hour video and ask Claude Code to build a tiny one. 200 lines from scratch. Watch it train, break a layer, watch it fail, fix it. It clicks in 20 minutes instead of 3 weeks. The second it lands the note gets written. One idea per file, linked to 10 others, dropped into the vault while the memory is still hot. Now it compounds. Month 1: is 60 notes. Month 6 is 900. Every new note pulls in old ones, so you ask anything and the answer comes from your brain, not the internet. Before: 40 tabs, 6 half read PDF, 0 retained. After: build it once, own it for life. Setup takes 4 minutes. Plain text, no lock-in. A second brain nobody reads is a graveyard. Yours just started thinking.

Wow. WOW. WOOOOOOOW. So um, that first Wildcard+Thousands stream was... amazing and also... a lot 😅 In the end, it was exactly what we were hoping for - a true stress test of ALL these systems coming together for the first time. We are SO grateful for the thousands of people who showed up today to play, attend, tune-in and help us PLAYTEST all this new stuff. We can't wait to see you all again at NEXT WEEK'S EX2 EVENT! So, now let's talk about how it went... Stuff that worked: - Our community SHOWED UP. Oh boy did you show up 😅. Our servers were straining under the load... which is good actually, in fact it's the whole point. Even more importantly, we have already received insanely valuable feedback, bug reports, stuff people loved/hated - and it's only been a few hours since the stream ended. I can't even explain to y'all how valuable this process is. Yes it's stressful, it reminds me of trying to keep Words With Friends online during that first insane year, but it's EXACTLY what we were hoping for (NEED) to turn this into the polished, top-notch game and streaming experience we are on a mission to deliver. I truly can't thank y'all enough, and hope to see you again when we run it all back again next week 🥹 - The stream itself stayed up and was mostly stable! Phew 😅. For context, ThousandsTV is not a twitch wrapper, it's a web3-native streaming tech stack built we built specifically to connect game, web/mobile, and blockchain together all at the same time. There are a LOT of moving pieces going on behind the scenes. - We brought viewers INTO THE GAME! Viewers showed up in the stands of the arena, with connected wallets/assets, triggered actions/rallies from chat, and were seen and heard during the whole stream. - The brand new 2v2 build of Wildcard was (mostly) stable and our players and viewers seemed to be having a blast down on the field and up in the stands. It was thrilling to watch Team Blue dominate, even though Team Red held their own in game 3! - Our production crew did an insanely good job running the stream, managing the players, shoutcasters, and talent, and producing a top-notch show. Of course we will work hard to make every stream better than the last, but I was super proud of how our team "rolled with the punches" during today's event. Stuff that didn't work (and/or needs to be dramatically improved): - Although it's fun to see chat going crazy, chat spam is actually something we are passionate to FIX. As you can see from the attached video, chat spam dominated today's stream and made it impossible for anyone to even see anyone else's messages. We have some GREAT ideas for how to fix this and actually turn chat spam into a FUN and exciting and not annoying thing - but those improvements didn't get shipped in time for this event. - Credits purchasing flow needs a LOT of work. As I'm sure y'all know, bringing money on chain is pretty complicated, and although we've been working hard to make this as seamless as possible, it still needs a TON of improvements. Many users who WANTED to spend money today weren't able to and/or ran into frustrating bugs in the credit purchase flow. Fixing this is obviously a top priority for our team. - Rallies need a LOT of work. Spectator-interactive features like rallies are at the heart of our vision for Wildcard. These "stream apps", as we call them, are the UNLOCK for how spectators, viewers and fans directly connect and interact with their favorite competitors, content creators, and communities. The current rally feature HINTS at this potential, but it needs to be WAY easier to understand, use, and have fun with. Improvements are ON THE WAY. - Referees were only partially working. Referees are a key innovation of the Thousands platform. They are AI-driven "personalities" (NPCs) that pay attention to everything that's happening in the arena, both on the field and especially in the stands (i.e. in chat, during rallies, etc.) The referees then make "calls" at the end of every match, rewarding users for their engagement and participation. Unfortunately, the referees weren't fully functional and seemed to drop the ball on recognizing everyone's contributions (especially people who showed up holding valuable assets such as Wildpasses in their wallets, and people who boosted those rallies with credits.) What's happening next: 1. We are combing through ALL the logs from the event right now, to make sure we don't miss a SINGLE action that our viewers and fans took during the event, including what they brought in their wallets (i.e. Wildpass holders!), any credits that were purchased, rallies that users engaged with, etc. This information is normally processed by our referees, who then determine dynamically how they're going to distribute $WC awards. We were originally hoping to complete this process and the subsequent airdrops within a few hours after the event, but given the amount of data, we need a bit more time to run these scripts (and airdrops) in batches instead of all at once, and make sure ALL of the data is being included. IMPORTANT: I will keep y'all updated in real-time here on twitter/X as this process is ongoing, and let you know the moment it's complete and all the awards have been distributed (i.e. when to go check your wallets 😎) 2. PLEASE keep sending us your feedback and bug reports. Open a ticket on our Discord and let us know what you loved, what you hated, and especially what we need to FIX. Given the overwhelming response to this event, it will likely take us several days to process everyone's feedback and fix all the bugs, but we WILL NOT REST until every ticket is closed/resolved. It takes GRIT and sacrifice to play Div 1 Soccer. Self reflect and ask yourself these questions: 1. Will you get up for early AM lifts and not just drag yourself there but arrive happy and energized, eager to work and motivate your teammates? 2. Are you ready to miss family events—weddings, birthdays and be separated from your parents for longer than you ever have before? 3. Can you manage every aspect of your life for the first time by yourself, before you even throw in the rigors and demands of a sport? 4. Can you survive in an environment where you are defined by your sport and have very little social life existence outside of athletic and academic obligations? 5. Can you handle the mental challenge of going from the super star to possibly bottom of the roster, sitting on the bench, and/or not traveling with the team? 6. Will you be genuinely happy for your roommate who is getting all the playing time and attention while you’re getting none? To all of the people JUST learning about the HORRIFIC stuff that's been done to children for sick thrills, political, monetary and leverage gain, come in and grab a chair. My advice to you, would be to find your nearest conspiracy theorist and have a discussion, or two, or three, depending on what you can actually handle because, it is DEEP, DARK and VERY SICK. Let me further educate you before your journey. Trump IS NOT one of these people. He is the "outsider" that started the ball rolling on this in the early 2000's. It doesn't matter what the media, your followers, or peer pressure is making you think. They are driving a narrative because the "outsider", the guy not allowed in the club anymore, KNOWS THEIR SECRETS. They want him gone, so business can continue as normal. This spans from your local cities, to your states, to the federal government, to other countries, all the way up to the people you now call the elites, the 1%. The World Banks, The WEF, The W.H.O., the U.N. It's how it's all been run, for at minimum, decades. It's done for control and power. I will say trust some of those people you have called crazy conspiracy theorists about this stuff for years and years. So much more of what they say is true, rather than not. A LOT of what you learned and were taught, was a lie. The term "Conspiracy Theorists" originated, to HIDE THE ACTUAL TRUTH! 🤔 We're not always right, but our track record is phenomenal. You'll see. The Visual Studio Code insiders version that just shipped and will ship in the next few days will come with an insane amount of new capabilities. A few highlights: - You can now run sub-agents in parallel. Yes, really. I even attached a video. - Major UX improvements for sub agents, especially visible in the chat window - A new search tool wrapped as a sub-agent that iteratively runs multiple search tools: semantic_search, file_search, grep_search Which connects nicely to the point above: multiple searches running in parallel, efficiently and fast - Anthropic’s Message API is now enabled by default - You can choose the model for the cloud agent (three available, all premium) - Extended thinking support when using the Claude cloud agent This is part of the broader multi-vendor cloud support under AgentsHQ I wrote about a few weeks ago - Tasks sent to the background agent (basically the CLI tool) now always run in isolation, each with its own git worktree - In a multi-repo workspace, assigning a task to a cloud agent prompts you to choose the target repo Same behavior when opening an empty workspace with no repo - Support for building an external index for files not supported by GitHub’s default indexing - UI/UX improvements for starting new sessions and switching between local / background / cloud agents - Skills are now first-class citizens, just like prompt files, with better UX indicating when a skill is loaded - Improved API for dynamic contribution of prompt files New V2 includes skills as part of the model. 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan has to be one of the most underrated countries. My recent trip to Almaty blew me away (quite literally during the earthquake 😂). Here's a quick itinerary for folks visiting for the first time. There are plenty of good hotels; I ended up picking the brand-new Novotel x Ibis property was going for about $90 a night (a bit pricey for the city, you can get an amazing Airbnb for half the price) Give the city at least 2-3 days; there are a ton of good restaurants, coffee places, and bars. DM me, and I'll share a Google list. A few spots for day trips: 🚠 Shymbulak, if you are interested in skiing. They also have some of the best instructors if you plan on learning. 🌲 Kolsai Lake is another spot you shouldn't miss. It's about a 3-hour drive from the city but absolutely worth it. It's completely frozen in the winter, and you can take a ride around it on a horse. ⛰️ Charyn Canyon is about a 1-hour drive from the lake, and there are multiple viewing points around that region. You won’t find a lot of tourists, which makes the entire experience even better; the locals are super friendly. It's the first city where folks would often reach out to ask how our trip was going and share recommendations.
