Yoo, Molly Grue in The Last Unicorn - "How dare you come to me know, when I am this?" Hits like a ton of bricks 😭
While the Spider-Man nooo is great, I believe this one is better.
Honourable mention.
Can't forget Asuras 20 second scream that had the va out of commission for a good bit before he could continue
Meme it all you want but megaman x4 zero's "what am I fighting for!" After killing Iris
Spiderman screaming Shocker as he's running away from him
Lelouch screaming when Shirley died in Code Geass R2
Why is it only people screaming? Sure these were challenging, yeah, but there are tons of VA performances with deep, powerful emotion that aren't just screaming.
The pain you can hear in Sean Schemmel when getting slammed by Broly resonates with me.
My favourite voice work of all time will be Toshiyuki Toyonaga’s dramatic reading of Lostbelt 6 from fate grand order Specifically the falling of Vortigern after his defeat. It’s got the perfect amount of sad, annoyance, rage and delight. Simply amazing.
