She is right on the money with what she is saying. This is how educated, measured and objective thinking works. She has looked at the situation from all angles and given a very mature response which should be a learning point for those protesting about racism where there isn't any. Come on people, behave yourselves.

there was no racial tension before Floyd and before BLM - nobody bothered...we were all getting on...ordinary folk had reached a state of mutual recognition and acceptance - the race baiters came along and threw us all back to the 1960s in a matter of months - it's not our fault

The woman in question has previous history of shop lifting.

I think the grabbing her by the neck was just a fight or flight response to being hit with the basket, he very quickly moved his hands from her and continued to attempt to restrain her by her arms.
