The thing about the Kool Aid and Pineapple trend is that I have watched people complain about Blacks being criminals, a nuisance, useless, annoying. I have seen people claim they want to see Blacks gone and die off, disappear, Yet I remain confused when I witness the same people complain about Black people practicing capitalism, being peaceful, not being criminals, not even involve or try to gain the attention of the people that hate them and end up gaining media attention in the process, and even better for the people that hate them, pushing products that will lead to them dying off… So what is it, do you want them to practice a healthy meal schedule and do you want them to steal? It’s a strange narrative I’ve been watching.

one thing i really love about katseye is how sweet they are with fans, like look at the way they immediately run to fans and start hugging/interacting with them like they’re friends 😭 they always try their best to give attention to everyone and make every interaction feel special. you can genuinely tell they care and i think that’s really really beautiful. i appreciate them so much for this 🥹🤍

And then ask yourself, why are we still bringing in millions of migrants when the jobs market is only going to shrink. I ponder these things.

Most people throw them out but they’ve been used forever for DIGESTION + PARASITE 🪱 CLEANSING. They’re super powerful but you need to prep them RIGHT. HOW TO MAKE IT: • scoop the seeds out of a ripe papaya • rinse them really well to remove any pulp • pat dry + AIR DRY for a few days (this matters bc AIR DRYING keeps them WHOLE + PRESERVES the ENZYMES — heat drying or blending breaks them down + they won’t work the same) • once fully dry, mix with RAW HONEY + store (I just eat some with raw honey) DOSAGE: start with 1 tbsp per day and work up slowly. WHY AIR DRY? Fresh papaya seeds have a COATING that can block their full effects. AIR DRYING breaks that down + unlocks their compounds so your body can actually use them. WHY WHOLE SEEDS? Because when you grind them up or don’t let them fully dry, the compounds LOSE POTENCY. Whole, dried seeds stay ACTIVE and give you the CLEANSING effect you’re looking for. • “Can’t I just eat them fresh?” → Fresh can work but they’re less effective.
