Man I met these guys on my way driving to kla as they where headed to masaka and was shocked, how they where dressed and how "young" They looked to be....... Man

But as a professional driver, why would you allow people to sit on top of the car as you are driving. And even the police officer should be arrested, why did he let them proceed?
