At some point in this country, we have to seriously address the thousands of road incidents and accidents happening every year. These guys were pulling dangerous stunts on the Nairobi–Nanyuki Highway, and other road users were genuinely scared to even drive on that road. To make it worse, their number plates were covered. We have lost too many people on our roads. And the hardest part is knowing that a big percentage of these deaths are avoidable. People have literally turned trains into a zoo. Just look at this a calf being carried inside the train, and it’s even defecating there. This isn’t just irresponsible, it’s completely disrespectful to fellow passengers. Public spaces are meant to be shared with basic discipline and hygiene. When will people understand civic sense? It’s not just about rules , it’s about respect for others.

The daily reality for people in Kherson is that they can’t even step outside their homes because Russian drones are literally hunting. People try to hide behind trees and so do the dogs. Even stray dogs seem to understand that Russia is trying to kill them.

Drivers like this are exactly how people end up getting seriously hurt on the road. The cyclists clearly signalled a turn, yet this driver still chose to overtake straight into a developing hazard. Then a ute pulls out from the side street and suddenly you’ve got a near head-on. Completely avoidable if there was even a moment of patience and awareness.

The bus, while crossing an underpass, suffered a tire burst caused by the driver’s reckless over-speeding and sharp turning. This dangerous driving left students shaken, with one young female student fainting from the shock. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Students have repeatedly complained that university buses are driven carelessly, with drivers showing an alarming obsession with speed as if competing in a race while completely ignoring the safety of passengers. Dear IndiGo we understand that your concern for safety but atleast make passengers comfortable !!! Mothers and old people are frustrated cos the flight was suffocating (since your ATR's AC NEVER Works on ground) and now your bus is even more Terrible. Passengers have been waiting in the bus for while now and suffocating again...the bus driver literally parked in the shade now to try to cool the bus 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽

The DCSO responded to a property damage accident earlier this afternoon at the intersection of 204th and Harrison. We are extremely grateful that the Nebraska State Patrol Trooper and K9 are uninjured. Accidents like this are completely avoidable and highlight the importance of following all traffic laws. Slow down, stay alert, avoid distractions, yield the right of way, and follow all traffic laws, especially when emergency vehicles are approaching. A moment of caution can save lives.
