Cursor has the goldmine. mountains of real world dev data, prompts, and codebase patterns from millions of AI-assisted coding sessions. xAI has Colossus. the largest GPU cluster on the planet. imagine the data + insane compute together, that’s disruption of peace for the three largest players. elon is a visionary. he sees it. I’m joining OpenAI Codex to work on the future of agentic development! At Cursor, I got to see the shift from autocomplete to agents. The next step isn’t a better IDE. It’s an Agent Development Environment (ADE): systems and tools for orchestrating agents, reasoning over their outputs, and making them autonomous enough to reliably complete ambitious work. After chatting with Alexander Embiricos and Tibo, it was clear that Codex is the best place to realize this vision. 2 Cursor Composer agents working together on the same project. one builds the project, the other reviews once the first agent is done and writes a report. cursor rules file is in comment to achieve this. first agent is instructed to build the project second agent is instructed to write a monitoring script to determine when the project is done then to review the project for errors and write a report This prompt can be improved. I think it's interesting that we're starting to see different types of specialists emerge in the field of Generative AI technology. We are seeing a new generation of world-class storytellers. Some are immaculate at vibe coding workflows and building infrastructures. Some are incredible at AI visual effects and AI cinematography. And some are just maestros at composition and world-building. And of course, many of us dip into all facets. We are witnessing the emergence of new creative and technical roles that didn't exist yesterday, and that's very exciting. And now we are starting to see the benefits of AI as an additive to existing workflows. I hope to work with many of you for the upcoming productions we have in the works at Promise.

Fable 5 comes back！It can now build playable game prototypes. I think it is actually a signal for where AI coding is going. Making a game is not just “write some code.” Even a small browser game needs: game loop；character movement；collision logic；scoring system；UI states；physics tuning；visual feedback；bug fixing；playtesting This is why game prototyping is a great test for AI models. A model cannot fake it with a pretty answer. Either the game runs, or it does not. What impressed me about Fable 5 is that it is useful for the messy middle: turning an idea into mechanics, turning mechanics into code, debugging broken interactions, and iterating until the prototype feels playable. But here is the practical part: I would not use the strongest model for every step. For game building, I would split the workflow: 1. Fable 5 for game design + architecture 2. a fast coding model for routine implementation 3. a vision-capable model for screenshot/UI feedback 4. a cheaper model for docs, test cases, and small fixes 5. fallback when latency, cost, or output quality becomes a problem That is the real AI coding stack. Not “one magic model does everything.” More like: the right model, for the right task, at the right cost, with fallback when things break. This is why I’ve been looking at ZenMux ZenMux. ZenMux gives developers one gateway to access multiple leading AI models, with OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Vertex compatible APIs, cost tracking, quality benchmarks, auto-routing, and compensation when output quality, latency, or throughput falls short.
