I cook everything I eat in Tallow and most of it is meat, red meat. You know the shit they say gives you cancer but they're trying to get rid of it so you can't have it. Now you know it's bullshit cuz they want you to have everything that gives you cancer. I'll leave it there

This video really helped me. This guy was awesome understanding that they cut your cholesterol in the 80s and that was to affect your brain patterns. That’s why people are so screwed up in America. They were messing with their brains chemically. This guy is awesome. 😎

No idea why, but I argued against margarine ever since it was put before me. Butter. Stuck to my gut.

@CaptKylePatriot My parents were so conned about margarine. My mom took cholesterol medication and was told to eat a certain way in her 60s. Luckily she had a long life regardless

I recently had a tad high cholesterol (210). My dr immediately started righting an rx for statins. I told her no and that I would increase my exercise. She got very angry. 😡. Why would she get angry????? Anyone???
