We know what elite coaching means. We have had Jose, Don Carlo, Conte, Tuchel just to name a few. But not even an upcoming, potentially elite coaches like Cesc, Xabi, Xavi will want to work with this sporting structure. We are being repeatedly told they will tweak in a bit here and there but an entire team of clown SDs will all remain as is. With this model in place and the mess it has created, no serious coach / manager will want to take reins in the summer.
