Some schools got multi-million dollar facilities; and can’t do shit with it, but we got 1970’s out door facility grinding out 358 players in 16 seasons to major colleges! 🤣🤣

I coached inner city HS ball in 2003-2006 in Cali and we had the rattiest outdoor gyum like this...but we showed up and tye kids showed up all summer...and by the the end of the season we were league champs. Prob one of my happiest memories..working with those kids...helping them find success in a world with very little of that.

Just drove a bus to a school with a new 46 million athletic complex…Their football team wouldn’t beat an 8th grade YMCA team

You don’t need a ton of equipment to get results

Can you show me how you have it all set up? We are about to do this to accommodate everyone. We currently have a facility that will hold about 40 comfortably. Our 2 athletic periods have 120+ in each.

Hit me up no problem

Outdoor exercise trumps all, Coach! Just ask Life Coach @DrJackKruse

Love it! No excuses! Just work!

From inception thru 2020 December De La Salle High School set records, winning their Section is still going at 30 plus years, with a weight room that was largely outside in a walkway between buildings.

Love this!!

I remember those days! 97-98.

Hey coach my name is Jaydon Scott I am a 6’3 235lb defensive end and tight end and I think I would be a great fit for your program and I would love for you to take a look at my film and let me know what you think!

Look at the type of gym Ronnie Coleman trained in…

I need to get a weight program like this

I was 1980 and we did not have this just a universal machine at school and hay bails and engine blocks at home...

Money doesn't equal motivation. Bless these young men. Stay hungry!

Hard work wins

This is awesome 🔥

Let’s GO!
