Some swings you never forget. 🎥: MLB

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I went nuts with this Homer as well as Eric Hinske's in game 4 but then Brooks Conrad happened and I didn't wanna live.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Rick, I’ve been a @Cardinals fan since ‘92. When I share with my boys the lore of the cardinals, your story is one I always comeback to. Coolest story in sports as far as I’m concerned.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory "You're killing me Smalls!" 🤣

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Yeah, we liked that one. 😎⚾️

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I sure haven't!!! I was so proud of you!!!

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I woke up my entire house that night.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I remember that live like it was yesterday. That was the day you had completed your circle. Much respect, Rick.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory This ball was hammered Rick goddamn 🥵

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory This series still hurts. You and Hinske were robbed of moments that should be immortalized in Braves lore. Not to mention the only run in game 1 of the series should have been called out at second.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Then Troy Glaus made that pick at 3rd.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Got ALL of that one!!

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Sitting in my college apartment in Cedar Falls. Went nuts.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory That just had to feel AMAZING!

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory 1 of 1 🙌

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I remember

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory The original Ohtani

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory To this day one of my all time favorite baseball moments.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Rick was an amazing athlete. I mean I think could have played anything.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Hell yeah Rick Ankiel

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Listening on the radio, after work, going home screaming my head off 🤣😂🤣

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Especially when it splashes in the cove

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory As a Braves fan same 🔥

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory @sdfreeman2 @Slickblake04

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Was at the Cards playoff game in 2000 that didn’t go so great for you on mound. To deal with and overcome that and do the things in bat and field afterwards (with all teams not just Cards) always had me as one of your fans. Pretty good analyst too. 💯

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory That’s a pretty lefty stroke

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory 19 year old me was running through the house lol

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I’ll never forget being at your first career grand slam against Cincy. That was the game Juan Encarnacion got hit on the on deck circle.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I remember staying up late watching that game. Loved it!

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I remember years and years ago I was playing baseball with your friend Damien and we were down in West Palm and you signed the autograph for one of his friends. You signed it Babe Ruth. We were on the way home and looked and actually read it. It was hilarious.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Yeah that was a pretty good year in all seriousness I followed you as a baseball fan from the time you were a Cardinals pitcher & was so happy you made the comeback that you did & the cannon of an arm you have you were one of my favorite players except for that swing though 😉

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory As a teenager Braves fan at the time, I’ll never forget this swing as well. I thought for sure the series was ours after this game.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory I remember you hitting the cottonwood tree out past the right field fence at Joe Becker when you were playing in the junior Olympic team in Joplin. Batting practice was just amazing.

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory That was a great game

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Man, I remember this game! Great memory

@MLB @hallofgoodpod @Braves @LockedOn_Braves @HammerTerritory Great swing
