Some thoughts related to the common question I get on stream: "Is it still worth it to learn to code?" Interested to hear what people think about this

Another thing when it come to new developers and AI is that many developers nowadays are dependent on AI to be able to code stuff and I totally get it. it's way easier to just ask chatjipiti to create a function doing stuff. But programming is such more then just writing text, compile and run. It's also understanding how system works, being able to debug, understand what the real issue someone is facing and so on. I think that many new devs make AI their path rather then a path meaning that they only know how to fix something if chatgpt can fix it

ya, i didn't want to go too far on this path for the video, since i think my case is stronger if i just concede "AI will be able to do that soon-ish" (even if I'm not 100% on that team)

Thanks! I should follow you on YouTube, I realize. I think a lot of the message you are sending in this particular video could stand for itself, and would be nice content also without the AI wrapper. Only thing I miss from the main message is to make sure to have fun. If you’re having fun, nothing is a waste of time, I think.
