They can stick their dot com up there Candyasses!!!🔥🔥Bern baby Bern!!

💯

twitter is mostly filled with analytical nerds who dismiss the past constantly.

🔥

Those accounts are run by morons

💯

I would take Bernie over any bum on this team right now!!

Cleanup for a dynasty Yeah terrible player 🤡🤡🤡

My favorite Yankee of all time for a reason.

Bernie was routinely underrated by everyone except for those of us who watched him play every day.

Ill take bernie over anyone actively in our outfield right now. He was one of the best to do it and clutch AF

Was at that playoff game in ‘96, the one where Jeffrey Mayer reached over the railing to catch what was ruled a Derek Jeter a HR. Bernie let off the 10th and from my seat along first could tell it was gone the moment he hit it. For the next five minutes, my heart would not stop racing. And when they opened up the outfield gates & a couple dz mounted police in riot gear encircled the field, I decided it was time to leave.@BryanHoch

Hey we have Grisham why would you want a clutch winner who could do a bit of everyything instead?😜....Bern Baby Bern....love that guy....plays guitar better as well

Jonny, I was there for that Game! Also there when they Clinched in 96 against the Brewers! A Double header sweep.but they got it with a win in the First game! Bernie another Big homer before this one game you posted! Talk about a place Rocking! Thats why my Expectations are high!

🔥🔥🔥

🥲 I miss the good old days. Bern baby Bern.

Bernie was the most underrated player on the 90s Yankees no situation was to big for him Mr Clutch

He vs should be in the Hall of Fame.

They don't know baseball.

One of the most clutch guys I've ever seen. Big moments never fazed him. And a hell of a nice guy, too

Bernie and Mattingly were my grandmother’s favorite players which birthed my yankee fandom. Loved watching Bernie, Jeter and the gang on those late 90’s teams.

Some people on here think the entire team was overrated. Clearly they didn’t watch them.

Preachhhhhh

😤😤😤

My boy ♥️

All i have to say to that crowd is, you take 51 away and the core4 has only 1 ring to their name.

He is close to HOF

How awful must a player be to win multiple gold gloves, a batting title, am ALCS MVP, multiple all star appearances and 4 World Series rings? Such a terrible player lol

Smooth Jazz every time.

There was no one better on that team.

If anything, he was underrated

Bernie was a heck of a player. He should be in the HOF.

Who is calling him overrated? He’s certainly not Griffey Jr., but Bernie had an incredible peak and helped the Yanks win 4 WS. His 96 postseason numbers were stratospheric.

The Jeffrey Maier game! My son was born that day!! I’ll never forget it.

Bernie didn’t have a strong arm, but the stuff he did properly was priceless on those championship teams. He played a shallow centerfield and prevented a multitude of cheap base hits. Almost as important he went back on the ball and into the gaps as well as any CF in the day.

Because of Bernie‘s calm demeanor, I think he gets overlooked a lot, but he was as productive player in the playoffs as New York has ever had. He played in Derek Jeter’s shadow but he was a dominant force. Hall of Fame is where he belongs.

He’s the most underrated player in MLB history!!!

Was basically the best player on that dynasty team

Stats drivel + players showing up other players constantly (see new Mets pitcher) vs a lynchpin from a dynasty of winning that put his head down and did his best every day. And you wonder why the sport is in decline.
