At 32, I stopped using products made for acne-prone skin, and guess what? My skin actually improved Now, I wash my face only when needed with a mild Japanese cleanser and use tallow as my main moisturizer. I wear natural makeup maybe two or three times a month, often even less (and I’m not wearing any here) Every now and then, I do creatine face masks. For my under-eye area I use sheep’s fat or vitamin E oil But honestly, nothing compares to deep, restorative sleep and real rest when it comes to having healthy skin
