Likely over $25,000 worth of just cables not counting work Cutting this amount of fiber cables will knock out internet for tens of thousands of people, maybe even over 50,000 people

In Gaza… A Small Spark Can Turn Into a Catastrophe What makes it even harder is that water is not easily available, leaving families helpless as flames consume tents and everything inside them. In this video, a tent made of nylon and fabric caught fire today, turning within minutes into a disaster threatening dozens of neighboring tents. People rushed to save whatever they could, while others were forced to dismantle their tents out of fear that the fire would spread. Here, the fire does not only consume a tent — it destroys everything a family owns: clothes, blankets, mattresses, food, and the few memories that survived war and displacement. This is the reality thousands of displaced families in Gaza live every day, where preparing a simple meal or heating water can suddenly turn into a tragedy that leaves a family with nothing in a matter of moments. In Gaza, even a temporary tent is no longer a safe place. The fire here does not only burn fabric — it burns what little shelter and sense of safety people have left.

A ceasefire is in place in Lebanon. For some, it meant going back after weeks of displacement. Thousands of families made brief journeys south, hoping to find what they left behind. Many returned north again, met with destroyed homes, uncertainty and a reality that still doesn’t feel safe. For others, going back hasn’t been possible. Their homes are gone. This is what displacement looks like. Not one journey, but many. Back and forth, between hope and loss. People across Lebanon are still trying to cope with the consequences of war. Please don’t forget them.

A woman with green dye was detained in Yekaterinburg at the polling station in gymnasium № 13, Vecherniye Vedomosti newspaper reported. She turned out to be a doctor of sciences and professor at the Ural Federal University. At the moment, the woman is in the police department. She faces a criminal case. Unfortunately, such solitary forms of protest cannot make a difference. I truly feel sorry for this brave woman who lives among millions of cowards. If there were tens and hundreds of thousands of protesters, they could change everything. Sadly, there are only a few of them.
