I have eaten this, from small kirana stores and even at school canteen. They taste like cheap jhhangri sweet. Also, this preparation is comparably cleaner. That color has been like that since then 80s.

thank goodness i missed it though must confess being treated to something similar during school days how i wish we were educated with clips like this

@IAM_RShariff U would have eaten something like this in ur childhood

@baldwhiner Yeah .it was common snack sold in glass jar bottles across most kirana stores. I would say 4 most common snacks, the other three being burfi, butter biscuit and chakli.

most MSMEs in food sector are like this.

Hello if you watch how breads are prepared, you will never touch anything made out of it 😭🙉 don't see & be safe..! in chennai Butter Biscuits are available in every small shop, with coffee/tea it tastes delicious.. i never ask anyone how its made 😅😂 why take tensions🙄🤣

dare i!!! 🤣

Why do Indians touch every food so much while manufacturing it commercially? I can smell hands and feet in this video. 🤮🤮

Known as Then Muttai (Honey Sweet) in Malayalam and Tamil.

It's made of maida. Chewy candy like consistency. That intense colour is hopefully approved food colour.

I thought they were going to make fake eggs

Thaen mittai in tamil

Jamoon

Had it in chennai in the school days. Forgot what’s it called. Like a round version of Jangiri if you from the south or Imarti if from the north.

I used to eat these like anything back in my school days 😭😭😭😭🤮🤮🤮🤮

Proud of my gut strength 💪. I ate a lot during my childhood.

🙂🙂

Gulab jamun ?

Enough with your tidiness lecture. If you don't like it, don't post it one social media. Indians are going through enough hatred already. And brown sepoys like you are making the situation worse.

A friend of mine introduced me to this dish called Honey candy. It has a different color and irregular txture in the 90s. Completely changed since 2000s and I stopped buying them knowing its just sugar. Ignorance was a bliss!

Kya kachraa h ye??

What is it?

@fssaiindia

Back in the late 1980s, during my school days, we used to get these from the candy shop outside our school. They came in various flavours, from sweet ones to tangy, Hajmola-type flavours. 😊 Soft like a gulab jamun
