Someone figured out why every AI-coded site looks the same, and shipped the fix. Most common attributes of an AI generated website: - Purple gradient at the top - Rounded cards - Frosted glass look - Inter font - Emoji as icons And a prompt: "Transform your workflow" to... show more

creator of vibecurb here, glad the constraint rules are helping! working on a few enhancements this week 🙌

thanks brooo

Anytime

this is actually a good tool

Plug ins What a tek

Plugins is everything

Strong design constraints make agents more creative.

this is the fix AI coding needed, better constraints give models taste instead of letting them average every website they’ve seen

I knew it was gonna get fixed sooner or later.

when create your own portfolio though?

soon 😅

thanks brother

Anytime G

you can tell an AI made website before you even scroll sometimes

You are a great observant....

bro this looks so flipping cool

h3ll yeah man!

let me clone his ass

already got something similar will add this

thanks for sharing as always vee will check em out

this is so smart, I’m tired of seeing the same interface on every site

That’s quite an observation I literally think that’s the patter you need to follow creating to website or just a mere coincidence

This is a good example of why “better prompting” eventually turns into system design. The hard part is encoding what it should not default to. Constraints, rules, and reusable skills are becoming part of the product architecture.

Inter font and the purple gradient are basically a tell at this point, I can spot an AI-coded landing page in about two seconds now.

Wait bro, I really like inter font 😭 that's the font that I can trust will go with almost anything and looks good too.

so the fix is essentially forcing the AI to have an opinion on design

I get why those attributes are common, but I'm more curious about how they approached the fix to make sites feel unique again

Check out @mypipdev bro

Swapping Inter out is the fastest tell to kill — pin one specific typeface in the SKILL.md and half the sameness goes away before you touch the gradients.

thanks vee

i can spot them in about a second. same font, same purple, same hero layout

yeah cause the fix is just another prompt. the real issue is nobody's asking the site to solve a problem. it's all vibes over conversions. here's a tip: force your AI to design for a 3-second hook and a single CTA above the fold. purple gradient won't save your AOV.

This is why project rules matter more than endlessly tweaking prompts

They didn't copy. Twenty-seven machines, one 147-word brief, separate sandboxes — same room. Six independently named a fictional company Meridian. Floor plans can be physics. An arbitrary name is inheritance. #AI #LLM

Thanks for this vee

now websites will be more unique, lovely

Inter. That’s the giveaway.

I just opened this. I would have reused Inter and the purple wash and called it done.

Yep gonna use this one

"no strong opinions" is the whole bug. before you prompt, paste in two real references and name what you're stealing from each — the model can't average its way out of specific constraints.
