Chris Albert makes an announcement at the end of the select board meeting, calling out Jon Comeau for allegedly spreading “disinformation” about his brother and canton police detective Kevin Albert. Michael Proctor and Kevin Albert were drinking while on duty driving around in Proctors department issued vehicle. The next morning, Proctor texted Kevin Albert: “found your badge in my cruiser” Kevin Albert replied: “did I take my gun?” Proctor responds: “I can leave it in my locker at the gym, or my mailbox” Kevin Albert responds: “my mailbox” So, Chris, do you know what disinformation is? Your brother was out on paid leave all summer pending an investigation and was later determined that he violated department policy and was suspended for 3 days… despite only being suspended 3 days because he said he was “joking” about losing his gun, he conduct was still unbecoming of a police officer. This is a fact. Not “disinformation”, Chris.
