Sure why not. Mods are meant to do whatever you want. However, it has to be said that if it was initially a black character and someone modded a white character in, that person would have his mod removed and be banned on most platforms, while certain crowds would express their obligatory "this is racist" performative outrage. Unfortunately these double standards are our current reality.

Rockstar needs to remaster San Andreas so modders will have a modern CJ model to use. Of course knowing modders they’ll probably keep using the original.
