The UCP didn't "give themselves" the power to give directives to municipalities... they have always had that power. You figure a city bouncer would have at least skimmed through the Municipal Government Act. Municipalities always have been under the perview of the provence.

This council struggles with basics to cut grass, remove snow, complete anything considered construction, homeless, you name it they fail, but we didn't vote.....
