its just a shame that they didnt stick to the book and had to put girl boss in it such a shame

Rewatching the hobbit trilogy felt like the Movies parodied itself at the same time

Is this the Hobbit? I genuinely don't remember this part

Every second of Alfred screen time I one too many. Why did he get so much?

The Lord of the Rings trilogy's source material was so large they had to cut certain things for the film adaptation. The Hobbit is about 300 pages and they stretched it into 3 movies, adding a bunch of bs in the process. They sold out pretty much

Połowa tej trylogii jest naprawdę dobra Na szczęście fani stanęli na wysokości zadania i usunęli balast

Probably the result of a studio mandated joke quota

I feel like this was a movie trope at the time: - Hero’s powerful attack randomly doesn’t work - Unlikely sequence of coincidental but comical things happen to save hero from bad guy

So fucking dumb

The Hobbit book also has a different tone than TLOTR. The Hobbit is a more fun, adventurous and youthful book, and less serious, epic and solemn than TLOTR. I think so much people don't take this into consideration when reviewing The Hobbit films (which still have others issues)

Al menos vimos la muerte del repelente Alfrid, lo que hace que la versión extendida sea mejor que la de cines. En todo caso, debería haber muerto al principio junto al gobernador.

I don’t think it was the same team

why everything is glowing?

What on earth is this garbage? Please for my sanity it must be someone fiddling for AI and not actual movie 😭😂

What the actual fuck. How can Sir Ian even watch this without plucking his beard out

This death cringed me and i hated the movie

this wasn’t in the theatrical release they cut it

I’ve never seen this and I wish I could go back…

Isn’t Gandalf supposed to be an angel in human flesh but can’t do his magic without the led in his stick?

So bad

I have accepted that I am the only person who likes The Hobbit trilogy, and that's OK.

Peter slipped back to his roots for a second

Why did the movie look like that??? Just an incredible cgi fest completely

I’ve never seen this bc I can’t finish the entire hobbit 3 movie. It’s soo bad

Damn I remember the hobbit was shit, but I didn't remember it was SO MUCH of a shitshow

No puedo mirar. Duele y me enfada mucho.

Her şeyi geçtim bütün dünya o kadar yapay duruyor ki baksanıza. Lotr'daki o gerçekliğin binde biri yok. İzlerken içi daralıyor insanın.

It’s called “phoning it in”

Nah this is goated

after that one behind the scenes I can’t help but imagine Ian McKellan fucking around with a stick and shimmying around on a big green soundstage for 2 hours before going and weeping at the state of cinema in his trailer

What was that?

the balrog dying like a random side villain while the whole city watches is genuinely the funniest part of that movie. like they really said let me just crumple him up and throw him away.

That's kind of thing happen a lot with men above 50 years
