Using water to extinguish electrical fire is incorrect and dangerous. They should be using DCP (dry chemical powder). This shows a lack of proper training and poses serious safety risks.

The guy is right about the water having chemicals. Can you Google search about foam used by the fire engines. At times you don't need to laugh at people when you don't know the stuff
