Something really sweet happened while I was training today. 🥺 Wait for it, you'll see. This is why we have to keep going. We never know who might be watching us.

This is the wildest story... "I introduced Dario to 22 friends up and down Sand Hill Road and we got 21 no's.... it was such a brutal time getting this company going." Anjney Midha This company today is trading at $860BN on secondary markets... ouch.

This is something I will never get. Their son got in a shootout with police, shot one and then was shot and killed. Instead of the family being ashamed that their son was in a shootout with cops they're mad because they don't think a proper investigation into the cops and incident was done. He shot a cop, do you think you deserve a 7 figure payout for that?

"Keep going, keep going, they will have to concede if we keep going." This elderly woman was one of the leaders of the demonstrations against the Vietnam War in 1968 when she was a student at the prestigious Columbia University. Today, she returned to the same place 56 years later to say: "Palestine must be free."

Today was my 1st day a physical therapy and it was one of the toughest because it’s the range of motion phase and having to deal with some swelling and healing going on in the knee this is a very important phase and after that comes the strengthening phase, or weight training!

Lar0k describes BBL's mindset before their elimination match against FURIA: "The team mood was so good because we immediately erased it [the NRG loss] from our memories and we said we need to focus on this match, not on being eliminated or something. We said we are going to win this match and we are going to win this tournament, and you will see, we are going to win this tournament."

Our culture over the ages has been one of hospitality. Treating people with dignity and respect. We need to keep that going today. Ireland is not full.

When I was a kid, my mum had a friend we all called Semilogo’s Dad. One time, we went on vacation together, and every morning, Semilogo’s Dad and his kids would go jogging. We couldn’t understand why they were doing all that running when we were supposed to be on vacation. One day, I even tried to join them, but I couldn’t keep up. 😭 Fast-forward to today… I’m watching Hull City vs. Man United with my big tummy, and the first goal was scored by Semilogo. 😂 Now I finally understand what they were training for back then. 😭😂

Another illegal alien is dead after fleeing ICE and HSI agents in St. Augustine. He was hit by a truck while trying to escape. This is the third death involving ICE in just one week. They keep on doing this to themselves rather than self-deporting.

Young working class white girls are still being raped and abused by Pakistani men on an industrial scale. This is STILL happening, now. TODAY. As you read this. We must keep talking, keep trying, keep pushing. We need brutal, and I mean brutal, justice for all responsible.

This is 1952 and you got on an Airplane being dropped off the last minute by a taxi and the “TSA screening” was the guy taking the tickets outside of the plane. Few believe this was life before. It was another time and it was another place.
