Have you attended to Nigerians in the USA 🇺🇸 and Germany 🇩🇪? Because they kept saying that processing a renewal passport is very difficult.

I have filled this google form for my complaint since last week but I haven’t gotten your response. What’s the usefulness of the complaint channel you provided when you wouldn’t attend the complaints therein?

@nigimmigration Please my sister did a registration and her third name filled wasn't included in her printout. She got to her biometric center and all they could do is to send her away all in the name she didn't register through them. I've been calling your customer care line.

Let's hope the head of command of immigration should know about the delay in passport at the Nigeria Embassy in south Africa

@nigimmigration when will November 2022 batch be available for pick up, captured in this same Ondo and it has been in production since last year.......It's almost 3 months
