There’s something unique about a royal journalist biting the hand that feeds him. Maybe it’s time you reconsidered your career choices, @chrisshipitv—you’ve shown your true colours and thrown your credibility under the bus.

And when the monarchy is no more, what do you plan to do for a living?

There are a lot of monarchists in Australia, so with the greatest of respect, go and find a job you enjoy so you can stop these endless passive-aggressive attacks on the monarchy that you seem to despise but that actually provides your income.

Because The Monarchy will always be better than some random power hungry politicians. The Australian people have this clear. 👑 #PrinceWilliam #PrincessofWales #KingCharles

The reason there is no appetite? No viable alternative has ever been presented. It's pretty silly to have a referendum with nothing to vote on.

Poor @chrisshipitv You haven't got anything new from H&M or the Sussex Squad lately? Why @ITV puts up with you, I will never understand. You are a disgrace to the UK.

You're in the wrong job Chris...maybe republic have an opening.

And yet King Charles is more popular than the Prime Minister the State Premiers and the Govenor General! But don't let that fact get in the way of your crappy "reporting" & If you all think it's all so odd why didn't stay home?

I’m sure others on X can add further official welcomes! The officials you speak of don’t seem to agree with your sour self!

Maybe it’s time you moved on from your post as a Royal Reporter. It’s very obvious you dislike the Monarchy and the Royal family. #chrisship
