Actually i do, grandsons 14u team usually runs it once every game.

We do indeed see this regularly.

It’s a balk. The pitcher never steps off of the rubber. The fact that the second base umpire is staring at the pitcher and doesn’t call it is unreal.

This has been a trick play for generations.

Doesn’t he have to throw that to second with that move. Isn’t that a balk? That move is fine but you gotta throw it to second on that move. That’s not the same as just stepping off
