Decided to have a mechanical valve which means blood thinners but I don’t mind except the ticking sound it makes, lol. Since the I have seen Springsteen 5 times and live a good life. You'll be fine,had aortic valve replaced in summer of 2013, a European E Street summer, just like last 3. I'm facing another heart op in the coming months but I feel great , and this summers shows tested it beautifully. Good health
