Sometimes I hate phone key. 🤣 Why does it fail at the worst moments. 😭

Maybe. My old phone has this issue as well. I have a brand new 15.

Everyday I see my husband on his sentry modes not able to get in his car. It’s so funny 😂

don't close the app make sure the app is always on

Open the app in your phone (and make sure it stays open) before you pick up all that stuff 😂

If you have an Android phone... you can turn airplane mode on / off (be sure to turn bluetooth back on) and it will start working. Prior to learning this I had to kill the app and clear the cache. The button in the app to reset the key. It causes more trouble than it's worth.

Try opening the driver's door first, not the back door. Just a suggestion.
