With at least 8 no votes on the legislation, I do not expect there will be a vote as planned tomorrow on the McCarthy debt limit increase. Both parties have contributed to this mess, and it's probably going to take both parties negotiating to get out of it. I am eager to work with any Democrat or Republican to cut federal spending.
