That’s great! Some days, a little random act of kindness can impact someone deeply. My oldest daughter works Trader Joe’s and she loves their work culture and having the ability to do these little kindnesses for people. They support and encourage this in their crews and frankly, I’ve never seen my daughter happier about where she works.

Trader Joe’s fosters kindness in their employees. On my Birthday one year I went to Trader Joe’s to buy myself flowers. Cashier asked me if I was buying flowers for a special occasion. I said I guess so, it’s my Birthday. He gave me the flowers, said they were a gift. ❣️❣️

My son used to work there. Employees are encouraged to do this, it builds great customer relations and really helps people if they’re having a hard time. It’s a great practice I wish more places would copy.
