Eberechi Eze on Mikel Arteta: “I think the boss speaks well and he's passionate and you can see the fire that he has in his eyes and his mind and that's been pushed around the whole training ground. “We know the opportunity that we have, we know what's at stake, we know what's possible and we've got an opportunity to make history as a club and regardless of what people say outside, it's about us here and what we're doing and we believe massively, we have so much confidence in what we're doing. “So that's been the main message, just to focus on what we're doing, focus on this feeling that we have and letting go of all the noise outside.”

John Harbaugh explains how he builds championship teams and it's not what you think. "I use the word culture but I'm not a big fan of it because I think it's just kind of a cliché a little bit now." So what does he focus on instead? A shared belief system. "We want to build something that we can all kind of understand - a belief system, a worldview, a way of looking at things." "The best description that I heard was a shared understanding through standards. We're talking about principles, values, beliefs. The way we do things." But here's the key: it's bigger than football. "It's about the way we're going to relate with one another. It's what we're going to stand for and what we're going to believe in." And you don't build it in one meeting. "You got to do it every single day. Get our leaders on board. It takes our leaders." The goal is to build a vision, alignment, and belief, It's built through daily reinforcement and shared ownership - not speeches. The goal is to build something that can adapt, sustain, and last. A BIG moment for eMed. We've just raised $200M at a $2B+ valuation, and we're bringing on incredible investors and partners who believe deeply in what we're building. GLP-1s are one of the most powerful advances in medicine we've seen in humanity’s history . But they only work if people stay on them. We've built an empathic agentic AI platform that makes that happen, one that meets members where they are and guides them every step of the way. And the results speak for themselves. We're building the future of AI-powered population health. And we're just getting started. 🚀

Today, I remember Dr. Herbert Wigwe, C.F.R, a mentor, a builder, and one of the people who changed the course of my life. Long before many believed in the possibilities we now see across African fintech, Herbert challenged me to think bigger. He pushed me to be bold, stay resilient, and keep going even when the path was uncertain. I still hear his words: “Only the test of fire makes very fine steel.” He invested in people, in ideas, and in the future of Africa. His guidance and belief played a meaningful role in shaping my journey and the early steps that eventually led to building Flutterwave. At critical moments, his encouragement reminded me to hang in there and trust the process. His passing left a deep personal and professional void, and his legacy lives on in the lives he impacted, the institutions he built, and the dreams he helped ignite. I remain grateful for his mentorship, his wisdom, and his belief in what was possible. We will continue to build, lead, and dream bigger, carrying forward the values he lived by.

Daryl Morey spoke today about his continued belief in building around Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and Paul George. "[A top-5 player] is required to win a championship. It doesn't happen without one of these special players. We're building around Joel, we've built around Joel, we continue to plan to build around Joel because he's the special player that can help us win the championship."

I arrived back from Abuja yesterday to a warm welcome from party members, supporters, and well-wishers. I am sincerely grateful for the encouragement and confidence so many people continue to show. What gives me hope is seeing the growing belief that Delta State can be more than it is today. I look forward to a Delta where our people are productive, where young people have meaningful and dignifying jobs, where businesses can thrive, and where our resources work for the benefit of everyone. The journey has only just begun, and together we can build the Delta State we all deserve. #NDC #DeltaState #TheFutureIsPossible #DCI #Chrisiyovwaye #OK #Peterobi #resetdelta

This video is not about the expansion or space. It's about growth, lessons, and the people who made it possible. From where we started to where we are today, every step was shaped by your support, trust, and belief in us. You stood by us, pushed us to do better, and gave us the reason to expand and improve. This relaunch is our way of saying thank you. We've grown, we've gotten better, and we're coming back stronger, not just bigger, but wiser and more committed to serving you right. Congratulations to everyone who believed in this journey, This is our shared progress, and we're just getting started.

Today, we celebrate a milestone that reminds us that every great journey starts with a single step. From working with a rake and a shovel to proudly owning our own bus, this achievement is a testament to hard work, consistency, faith, and the incredible support we've received from our viewers and community. What once seemed like a distant dream has become a reality, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported the Buz Stop Boys movement along the way. This bus is not just ours it belongs to every person who believed in us, encouraged us, and followed our journey. We are excited for this new chapter and the opportunities it brings. If you or your organization need a bus for transportation services, we are pleased to recommend Uncle Prince, who is known for his honest, reliable, and professional service. Thank you for being part of our story. The journey continues, and this is only the beginning.

Jon Horst on extending Gary Trent Jr.: "When you look at Gary Trent and what he's done for us in the last 2 seasons — and even before us in his young career — he's an elite shooter, I think one of 5 or 6 players to shoot and make the amount of 3s he has as a reserve over the last couple years. Only 27 years old. Was big for us in playoff moments, so there's a big belief in Gary for what we think matters, and that's elite shooting in the NBA that's hard to find. It's something that Taylor [Jenkins] values, and I think he's even going to maximize more with us, so it was a great opportunity for us to do that, and we acted on it."

Chamath says Silicon Valley lost what made it great and only cares about money now "Silicon Valley has completely lost what made it great. It was a place for weirdos, for people at the fringes, for people that really were idealistic. And it has become something that's far from that now. It is the equivalent of what Harvard used to be. It's a credentialing place." "When we came, we used to aspire to meet the Bill Campbells of the world, Mike Moritz, John Doerr. Those folks are gone. We used to aspire to work for Steve Jobs. He's not here." "And in that breach, all we have done is focused on making money in every single way that we can, hand over fist. And there's nothing wrong with that. Except now it’s at a point where we need to do a better job of acknowledging it and trying to do a little bit better.” “Every time we don't, and we're given a chance to be better, and we're not, the hatred builds, the animus builds. And that's what we're seeing now."

Someone who understands the weight of 'We Are' and leads us forward with a vision of championships. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Robert Irvine Foundation—one we've been working toward for a long time. Fuel to Serve, our five-year partnership with USAA, is built around a simple idea: when it comes to our military, food is never just food. It is essential to readiness. It is physical health, community building, and even mental health support. We're starting at Fort Bragg and in the Washington, D.C. region, learning what works, measuring the impact, and building a model designed to reach military families far beyond those first communities. I am immensely proud of the Robert Irvine Foundation team and everyone at USAA for helping bring this to life. This is just the beginning.
