Sometimes, we become so focused on figuring everything out, forcing outcomes, and making things happen that we forget the power of simply asking and allowing. Get clear about what you want. Ask with intention. Believe that it is possible, and then release the need to control every detail of...

How 2 psyop yourself to success 🍸🥂 Visualization > + unmatchable lvls of desire (for a specific goal other than money) >> get addicted to work. [ and most importantly DREAM big, DREAM about it, think about it, work for it, and do it every single day, while your sleeping think about it, when you eat, do it, when your walking do it, when your working think about it] In lab studies I’ve compiled tons of data for behavior in hopes of using it for marketing purposes However, it also if curated shows you the triggers people react to The mindset changes that curate and sway them to do more of x (in this case work and create insane drive to achieving a goal or YOUR goals) Remember, every stimuli, every reaction curates your mind. When you come in contact with whatever it may be it sways your future behavior & current attitude/ psychological state So at all times if you want it bad enough you should try to curate your environment (special music that gets you in the mood or NO music, depends on the person bc music distracts you thus means you work less OR if you’re brain storming then it helps) Take out all negative energy, comments, or bs that distracts you and breaks your momentum because one it breaks from the smallest thing then that snowballs and has a negative effect going forward Another thing that I personally like to do is read and put myself into those shoes. For me it’s business and mindset related books and nothing compares to John D. Rockefeller’s mindset, work ethic and GRIT, his absolute desire for SUCCESS : I like his 38 letters to his son, John D the founding fathers of the rockefellers, and a study in power. And most importantly you need to just want it bad enough. Lose sleep for it, not because you want it but because you want it so bad that you’re working nonstop to get to it. This is how Rockefeller succeeded How Elon musk succeeded James Dyson Andrew Carnegie And most importantly how Peter kell succeeded All these billionaires and killers got hyper successful because of their drive and mindsets. It’s so important. If you believe something so strongly it’s revisited your mind to making it reality. Ex. Study DOI: 2003.11.018 > strongly visualizing exceedingly finger abductors boosted muscle strength by 35% Another study showed that basketball players who visualized making free throws showed significant improvement over others. And so on and so on. We as marketers have practiced this forever. We know when we tell a emotional story it changes the viewers mind, and we can lead that into a sale at a much higher conversion rate To get a brutal mindset focused on a dream you have that you truly want with your entire being is the result of the same hormones and neuro pathways after they have been curated and triggered by specific stimuli like in a VSL or ad You need to build your mind, you need to build a dream and want it, give yourself inspiration with books and ideas and positive energy. Build motivation and joy by watching others do it and building proof elements that it can really be done in your mind. Break the barriers and limits Movies are good for this, I like edits for this exact reason because yes it can lead you to doom scrolling but also it can be so so valuable in making you see that goal, want it even more and go for it. I personally really like war dogs, lord of war, limitless, and probably a lot more I’m forgetting. But you get the idea. Your success is in your hands alone, if you believe it fully and truly with a pure heart, then it will happen. Good luck🥂 P.s. * I will drop data, sauce, and more info about this and the methods & stimuli I talked about in this thread continuously so bookmark and come back to check them out.

Bia Omojuwa JJ. Omojuwa , you have been selected to be exposed. You saying that, “The issue with our foreign exchange is our foreign exchange”, statement you attributed to Peter Obi is stupid, simply exposed the entire emptiness of your head, is a loud announcement of your own shallow grasp of language, economics, and critical reasoning. First, what you heard is a rhetorical device known as antimetabole, the deliberate repetition of words in reverse order to expose a deeper truth. It is not a tongue twister. It is a sharp critique of how Nigeria’s foreign exchange crisis is caused not by external forces but by how we ourselves manage, manipulate, and mishandle the system. You thought it was gibberish because your ears function faster than your brain. You heard words and panicked. Second, the line is conceptually layered. In just a few words, it diagnoses the entire economic dysfunction: policy inconsistency, artificial rates, corruption in forex allocation, and institutional failure. But of course, to catch that, you would need more than ears. You would need understanding, something you have never encountered. Third, it is what we call economy of language, the ability to say so much with so little. That level of expression requires thought. You, on the other hand, just react. You heard a sentence that challenged your comprehension and defaulted to mockery because critical thought is foreign to you. You think volume equals intelligence and that confidence can cover for comprehension. It can’t. Let us be clear. The statement isn’t stupid. You are. Loud, clueless, and proud of it. You don’t recognize depth because your mind never developed the tools to measure it. You heard a profound line and mistook it for nonsense. That says everything about you and nothing about Peter Obi. Next time you hear something that confuses you, do not speak. Just nod and walk away. You might save yourself from yet another public display of illiteracy. Not everything is meant for surface thinkers. While you’re at it, try and get some sleep. You look sick and completely unkempt, judging by the eyebags, the cracked lips, and the four conflicting facial tones fighting for attention.

Marcus Freeman said, "You can't talk your way into winning a National Championship. You can't talk your way into being a Hall of Famer...You got to work and you got to constantly focus on improvement." You have to show up and do the work. Your work ethic is something that you can control. • It means competing. • It means committing. • It means showing up consistently. People see success, but they don't see the hard work and preparation it takes. 5 Steps to Improve Your Work Ethic and Focus: 1. Be Intentional About How Your Work - Show up every day with a clear purpose on what you will prepare and why. Think about the quality of your practice, the details, and reflect on where to focus most. This approach ensures your working towards improvement and growth. 2. Show up Committed Every Day - Don't just participate, show up, and commit. It means compete and choose to go above-and-beyond every day. Have a positive attitude and dedicate yourself to what you are doing. When you're focused, present, and engaged that is when growth starts to happen. 3. Be Consistent - You have to be consistent with your habits and work ethic. It means committing to the process of improving and putting in the time. Success doesn't happen overnight, it's the result of consistently showing up and doing the work day in and day out. 4. Prepare Mentally and Physically - This means think about your physical and mental state when you are practicing and when you will perform. Understand what environment allows you to perform your best. Use mindfulness to think about the connection between your mind and body. 5. Create a Plan for When Obstacles Arise - Don’t just imagine the great outcome, visualize what may stop you from reaching it. Prepare for the obstacles. Write them down and plan how you’ll overcome them. This keeps you prepared and resilient when challenges come your way. Takeaway: Talent can you get you into many rooms, but it's your work ethic, focus, and attitude that keep you there. - - - The video comes from Marcus Freeman's interview with Pivot Podcast. Two more games to round up the 2023 AFCON, my third AFCON experience. The lesson here for the next generation in journalism; Reporting the NPFL & domestic football/sports can take you globally, don't allow people to condition your mindset wrongly. If your dream is to travel around the world and cover international tournaments, trust me you will make it. If you have a directive that is strictly to monetize your content/job without traveling for tournaments, trust me you will achieve it. Anything you dream of about your journey in journalism, domestic content will take you there. Yes, sports journalism especially reporting domestic football/sports is a struggle, most times the pace is slow, very slow, but with consistency and hard work, you will get to the top of your dreams. Think about collaboration, make friends and expand your reach. Don’t set a mindset of competition, content and reportage is wide and the space is wide enough to accommodate all of us. Be yourself best and not to your colleagues. Journalism rolls like Football, those 5,000 meters ahead of you today, trust me you will catch up one day. This is the reason why collaboration with your colleagues is the pathway of sustainability. Also, as a believer of Christ, I do preach to people and colleagues to be prayerful, ask God to crown their work, and ask Him for grace and mercy. Divine blessing is from God and not from humans. He has promised to bless our work and He will surely bless your work and dreams. I’m excited to see a lot of colleagues and friends reporting the NPFL making their AFCON debut in Côte d’Ivoire, some of these young guys cracked the industry and secured sponsorships for this AFCON. Finally, I want to thank you all for the engagement and support, I don’t take them for granted, and I’m honoured. The kind of love I received when I was sick was overwhelming, I was motivated and pumped. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!! #AFCONwithOgaNlaMedia

#HelloBlessedPeople 🙏🏾 Unpopular opinion…but TRUTH nonetheless!! Ultimately, The key is NOT to ball up your fist, grit your teeth & try harder… It’s to TRUST DEEPER!! Many of us spend so much time trying to do more that we forget to spend time with the One who gives us the strength to do it all. TRUST is an ACTION WORD!! Abraham wasn’t perfect, but he trusted GOD enough to MOVE. He left what was comfortable because he trusted the CHARACTER of GOD more than the certainty of his circumstances. So let me ask YOU… How much INTENTIONAL time are you creating for your Creator? Because you & I know, we MAKE time for those things that we deem important!! So, instead of reaching for your phone to call or scroll… what if you reached for GOD’s Word? Instead of trying HARDER…what if you trusted DEEPER? Faith isn’t about having all the answers… It’s about having a relationship with & trusting the One who does!! Recognize your own limitations and surrender your struggles & perceived strengths to GOD, allowing His divine strength to take over and work through you! 2 Corinthians 12:9-11 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. #BBTB #Faith #TrustGod #Growth #DawkTalk
