NEW: Three people have sadly passed away in the Ruidoso, New Mexico flooding, two of them being small children The floods were triggered after a sudden 2-3 inches of heavy rainfall. The victims are a 5-year-old girl, a 7-year-old boy and a 40 to 50 year old man. “My niece and nephew were found. Unfortunately, they didn't survive the flood. I appreciate everyone in this community for your thoughts and prayers,” the children’s aunt said on FB. “We also want to thank everyone who shared my post and helped keep an eye out for them. As I write this to describe the video below I never thought I would make I am speechless. This past Saturday I was sitting at 5,300 followers. I had an outstanding patriot give me a shout-out that literally set everything else into motion up to this point. Thank u all for getting me out of the hole. I live by the 2 day rule now. You get, no you ALLOW yourself 2 days to sit, be still, hibernate and process your thoughts when u hit the dark patches. But on day 3 time to move and leave that cloud behind. Tough run today but some runs you just NEED, not because ur following a program but you just NEED! (I have not followed a marathon training program at all…not a recommended way of preparation haha!😜) Combat Stress #mentalhealth
