Remember when Hongjoong said this : 🐿️ And since mental health is just as important as physical health, when there are a lot of stressful things around you, it’s good to sometimes think “just break it all” even if it’s just in your head.. to vent and get some fresh air in your mind. If you’re in a situation where you can actually break things, then go for it. If not, at least imagine it while doing something that makes you feel good. And if that “something” is watching ATEEZ and looking at Hongjoong, that’s perfectly fine too. 🫂❤️‍🩹

🎥| “I think this is maybe just starting to happen, but I find it really interesting that sport psychology coaches are prevalent now throughout sport. They're a vital part of sport. It'd be interesting to see something similar in the music industry and especially people like us at young ages that were dealing with a lot of pressure at a lot a young age, but also to perform at a, you know, really good level. Um because often those kind of psych psychologists will be, you know, like um performance-based. Well, this is a performance-based job for sure. I do think something like that would have helped. It's only really in hindsight cuz like for my I can only speak on my own journey, but you're so young and it's so exciting and every day is so different. I didn't really have too much time to to really take it all in. So I think that having just remember having those conversations that would definitely help some kind of voice to chat to but not just in the name of like therapy also performance-based people that can bring out the best in you because you know I can remember that as an 18-year-old lad you literally get brought out thrown in the lies and go deal with it you know and you you have people are there to help you craft your skill but things like inner confidence you're just expected to have those things you know and that's something that definitely takes takes uh especially as a young person, it takes a bit of direction, I think.” Louis Tomlinson via Billboard.

To My Day. 🐻: But really as I always say, the reason our concerts can be so fun is really because of you! I'm not just saying this~ When people come to our shows, the friends and family we've invited always say the same thing. I mean sure they say our songs are good or that we sing well but those are kind of like extra factors. They always tell me "Your fans are insane!" Your energy and the atmosphere we create together is honestly what makes the concerts so fun and makes people want to come! That's why we always tell you that you're really people who can do well no matter where u go! That's how we see you! Seriously! So you should feel proud of yourselves! Not just proud of us but proud of yourselves too. Because the way we see you is filled with pride as well. That's why why we can think and speak this way. But for real, thank you. I'm really grateful for the kind of relationship we formed in the first place, but I'm even more thankful that you kept it going like this. I really appreciate that. So, this is not about raising your self esteem. This is really what we see. You know me. I'm not the type of person who says things I don't mean. I can't even make up things even if I wanted to and it's obvious when I lie. So what I say is coming straight from my heart, so I hope you can just take it as it is because that's how I really see you. I don't know what our individual lives are like outside the concert venue because I've never seen that. But you all seem people who can do anything. And you always show that at our concerts. That's how trust builds with between us. But honestly, you do all really sing well. Even better than us at times. We try our best with harmonies and all. But like what you during the fanmeeting*, you pull everything together and leave people amazed. That's just how it is. Just the fact that it keeps coming back in conversations says something, right? If something can move me to tears, and I'm someone who makes music, I'm a singer... but the fact that you made me feel that way, that's saying something. And I'm someone who sings for a living. “What did you think of Lando being booed at race because people and I've seen it online as well say he doesn't deserve the title because McLaren favored him over his teammate. Do you think that's total nonsense?” Jacques Villeneuve: “That's a little bit ridiculous. When there was some booing in some races, that was embarrassing. You should never boo a driver that's clean, doesn't do anything dirty, on track is respectful, and on top of it is super fast. What's wrong with people? That was embarrassing. And, had it been that Piastri was a second a lap faster than him and somehow Lando was winning because a lot of things were happening, his car breaking down every time, then you could start thinking, okay, that's really not cool. That's not fair. But that wasn't the case. And in the second half, Norris has been faster right at the beginning as well, last year as well. So there's this whole middle of the season where Piastri was driving a lot better than Norris and was getting the points. Norris had an engine blowing up, not Piastri. And so those fans, they don't look at that either. You have to look at the whole picture, at the whole season. And suddenly if your favorite is starting to go backwards, you just got to bite the bullet and accept it. Your favorite is just going backwards. That doesn't mean that the other one is treated better or the other one is undeserving just because the one you're a fan of is not winning right now. That’s really wrong. If you're a fan of the sport, then you have to be a fan of the sport and understand when your driver is maybe not cutting it at this point in time, even though he was before and he will in the future again. Sometimes you watch something so simple that teaches you a huge amount. This is one of those videos. It about the current hot topic….the Moon, and it puts everything into perspective. This video makes clear something I didn’t know and demonstrates it in a simplistic but brilliant way that we can all relate to. The takeaway from it……space is beyond vast and we’re not even at step 1 of starting to explore it. #space #moon

Nothing humbles you faster than realizing you can sound something out perfectly in your head and still spell it completely wrong on a sign. This video is full of people who had good intentions (maybe) and zero spellcheck. Some of them are so bad they circle back around to being impressive. It’s the kind of content that makes you laugh and then immediately check your own writing twice. Which one was your favorite?

Merry Christmas Eve, dwellers. 🎄🐲 I have a request from a friend that may apply to many people out there, but here are my thoughts… (I apologize for the lengthy response, but this topic is something I also care deeply about) You are doing better than you think. When you feel anxious, it becomes easy to downsize your own efforts. When you look at what you made, you focus only on what could be better. You compare it to an ideal that no one else is holding you to. With that mentality, you forget how much care, time, and effort you already put in. If you keep telling yourself that you are not good at anything, pause for a moment and understand this: that thought isn't true. Anxiety and low self-esteem change how you interpret your own work. Your mind learns to look for flaws and dismiss everything that went right. So even when you make something solid or meaningful, it feels small to you. That does not mean it is small. It means your perception is narrowed by fear and pressure. Perfectionism often hides behind self-criticism. If something is not flawless, your mind labels it as worthless. But that standard is impossible and unfair. Growth does not happen at the finish line. It happens in the unfinished, imperfect attempts you keep doing. The work you are making is not insignificant. It shows growth and someone who is learning while still trying. That matters far more than perfection ever will. You do not need to see your full potential right now. You do not need to prove your worth by being exceptional or reach some invisible standard to justify your effort. You just need to keep doing it and allow your work to exist as it is. Others can see the value even when you cannot. If you cannot see your potential right now, that is okay. You are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not wasting anything. These patterns were learned over time, and they can be unlearned with patience and support. You are not behind, and you are not failing.

Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. You do not have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to start. 👑
