I read somewhere that this snake called banded krait and a single drop of its venom can put thousands of people to death.

This is branded crait, highly venomous but almost no bite record

अरे वह करैत सांप[ banded karait] था अगर छु देता ना तो फिर सारा ठिठाई धरी का धरी रह जाती।

I read it somewhere that it's from Loha village in Madhubani.

This is not Krait but wolf snake..also known as dorwa in parts of bihar.
