Sonic Generations is pretty amazing

Gens used its benefit of being 2.5d way better than superstars. Its actually crazy the fun and interesting stuff they do with the angles

I think they avoided it in Superstars because of the multiplayer. Another reason why 4 player co op fundamentally is not a good fit for Sonic. They should stick to refining the 2 player experience.

i think its criminal that the S rank for these stages is so forgiving, cause then you never get to learn to be this good, at least i didnt. i gotta go back to this game and see what i missed

I like how the spindash (although it doesn't have a good reason to be busted as hell) accounts for the level design as opposed to the drop dash

i envy those who can get enjoyments out of these levels i really wana like them but the controls just feel bad 🥀
