NEW: Fever’s Sophie Cunningham fined after standing up for Caitlin Clark by yanking a Sun player to the ground after she had fouled Clark. Sun player Jacy Sheldon had previously hit Clark in the eye before Clark was knocked to the ground. Later on during the game, Sheldon lowered her shoulder into Cunningham when she was driving toward the basket, prompting Cunningham to yank her to the ground. After the game, Cunningham posted a photo on Instagram of her with her hands up, taunting the Sun. It’s unclear how much she was fined.
