Border Czar Tom Homan has confirmed that he has referred AOC to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation. He stated that it’s now up to the DOJ to decide whether members of Congress can legally advise illegal immigrants on evading law enforcement. AOC has instructed illegal immigrants to hide from ICE and not open their doors.
