One of our players guest played for an older team this last spring. They proceeded to pitch our player almost twice the amount of pitches that we’d conditioned for at that point in the season. I was NOT happy and had a good conversation with the coach.

I only listened the first 30 seconds (will finish later) and let’s be honest you don’t need a system. You just need some fucking common sense and integrity. I’m sick of all these reckless ass fools throwing kids back to back days pitching kids 95+ pitches in a five inning game that they are losing 12-3 just because “they ain’t got no one else” all the ranting and raving in the world wont make a mess of difference until parents step up and stop chasing bullshit trophies. It’s 2024 the information is everywhere….
