I shot this video while we were stuck on the highway in Waco during the flooding. I was very concerned that the retaining wall wasn’t going to hold up and we would all just be stuck. 🐰 something i was really grateful about is that before the unicef speech, i was really really nervous so i contacted namjoon hyung and i was like “hyung, i’m going here and i’m really nervous” 🐰 about 30 minutes before the speech, namjoon hyung suddenly called me and he was like “fighting! there’s a video i watch when i’m nervous, i’ll send it to you” and then he sent it to me 🐰 he said “the people there aren’t going to be nervous, they’re going to be relaxed and comfortable while watching you. you’re the only one that’s nervous there so be relaxed while doing it too.” and come to think of it, it was true! it felt like i was the only one that’s nervous was nervous; the atmosphere there was lighter and more cheerful than expected so i was able to feel light hearted because hyung cheered me on like that ❤️ 🐰 i was so nervous the night before that i couldn’t fall asleep till 5-6am because my heart was beating too fast 🐰 it was the first time in ages i was that nervous 🐰 but it ended well so that’s good 👍

I think I only got this far because I was confident I'd get there. 🐥 Myself on stage, performing in front of many people, dressed in awesome clothes, singing and dancing to amazing songs. I imagined this version of my future self. That's how I've gotten to this point.

really, really can’t wait!!! 🐻 earlier, i was checking that video since you all already know about it. it’s the video i filmed when i met critic kim youngdae, and i wanted to review it to see if i said anything wrong. while doing that, i ended up thinking a lot about my album. i think i talked about it pretty well, especially things about music that i couldn’t really talk about before, or thoughts i had in the past. the video is quite long, but if you watch it even in parts, i think you’ll be able to understand my thoughts better, so i think that would be nice 🩷
