IDK HOW I MISSED THIS-BUT MAYBE WE CAN MEGA EVOLVE MULTIPLE POKÉMON IN BATTLE. As you can see in AustinJohnPlay’s video,he mega evolves Lucario once,then the gauge runs out but then he fills it up again and megas a 2nd time in the same battle. Hypothetically: If he swaps to another Pokemon that can mega he should be able to use the newly filled gauge to mega a different Mon in the same battle.(unless we are only allowed 1 Pokemon in The rogue battles?) ALSO IF we can refill this gauge somehow, with an item or just hitting our opponent in a regular battle, the same situation could occur. Of course the regular battle would have to last long enough for that gauge to run out and refill. I’m still hoping we can just swap out our mega mid-battle and if there’s still energy in our gauge we can mega evolve the newly switched in Mon… but that seems unlikely now that it seems the gauge need to be full to mega evolve again.

I don’t know how I never put it together but the main color of mega evolution/infinity energy is pink. Which once again ties that back to the pink of Rakurium. LegendsZA seems to be pushing this pink color theming even more.For all 3 of the mega Pokémon we see in battle there’s a pink explosion that occurs after every move they use! Not to mention the mega transformation, the C+ moves being pink AND the literal ZA logo being pink. This all further supports my rivals hair theory of them being exposed to some type of infinity energy. Lastly once again we saw in Horizons how Rakurium (pink mist) made Pikachu and Charizard go berserk. This further supports that I think there will be a Rakurium counterpart/parallel in ZA that could be forcing Pokemon to mega evolve and rampage through the city. It’s all lining up.

Do you think we’ll have to register every Mega Pokémon into our Dex in LegendsZA? How would that even work? Here’s 3 different options I thought of. You’d register the megas by either: • Seeing and defeating them in battle(trainer and boss battles). • Using each mega once in battle. • There could be a new version of the Mega Evolution mechanic that allows the Pokemon to stay in there Mega forms. This would allow you to catch and register the Pokemon in their mega evolved state just like any other Pokemon form. (I want this last option so badly)

Megas seem to be the main gimmick and focus of Pokémon LegendsZA…But unless megas are drastically changed-mega evolution is a battle gimmick and legends arceus barely had any trainer battles. This rumor prompted us to think…how could Z-A facilitate more battles?Gym leaders randomly being around the city to battle,or even full fledged battle cafes with gym leaders as the final boss sounds like a fun way for us to actually use our Mega Pokemon in this game, right?

I’m so sorry but this is the new worst Mega design out of EVERY Mega IMO. Never liked Floette,this was a chance to make it more epic,or at the very least just make its actual face or body a bit different…instead they just give it a bigger,more boring flower I havent beat the game yet and I know this is a Mega exists for the story, but it doesn’t matter. This design and its animations below is what we get and it’s just so uninteresting and uninspired. Sure it’s the same concept as Mega Kangaskhan…but worse. Only the flower Mega Evolves but the flower isn’t a pokemon, it doesn’t have a character or a face (or a good animation to demonstrate its own sentience). I get that it’s because it’s following the whole Floette line gimmick of just their flowers changing. But it’s just not good. I would’ve at least preferred that it evolved into Florges gained a new color and then its Mega would just gain this same flower🤷‍♂️ The shiny is bad too lol
